Abstract
|
|
|
Two cases of the fibrous dysplasia were reported with review of literatures.
One case of polyosotic fibrous dysplasia occured in a 24-year-old soldier which involved the right
upper extremity; humerus with pathological fracture, radius, first metacarpal and proximal phala
ngeal bone of thumb.
Another case of monostotic fibrous dysplasia in a 22-year-old soldier of the left proximal femur with pathological fracture.
Autogenous iliac bone graft was done for the treatment of subtrochanteric fracture of the left femur or right humeral shaft fracture in each case.
